A delicate fusion of flavors from seventh-generation distillers, this straight bourbon features a handpicked blend of 4- and 7-year-old bourbons, for an exclusive small-batch whiskey that honors its deep family origins.

Nose: Rye spice with soft, leathered cherries
Palate: Smoked caramel
Finish: Smoky oak and brown sugar

INGREDIENTS
· 1.5oz Yellowstone Bourbon· 1oz Spiced Rum
· 0.5oz Real Pineapple Puree
· 8 Mint leaves
· 2 Dashes of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
· Garnish Pineapple Frond & Mint Sprig
DIRECTIONS
· Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake.
· Strain into lowball glass over fresh ice.
· Garnish with pineapple fronds and mint sprig.
